Week 14- Final Production Preparations-Intro to Flash & Maya Rig

The article on the Jib Jab Blog was interesting. I enjoyed the article because it had pictures with an explanation so you can understand exactly what they’re talking about. They showed how they make only about fifty dollars look like a mountain of money. They also showed how to make it look like money is falling on stairs.

Anticipation- in this photo he person is clearly anticipating something or very anxious about something. The emotion on the persons face is like worried or like struggling to restrain them selves from something.  With the yellow color in the background which represents fear and anxiety, it gives the photo a better feeling of what were suppose to pick up from the photo which is anticipation.

Trust- in this photo the little boy is, trusting the older man to catch him. Even though this photo is a silhouette its still clear that trust is being showed. The color in the background also helps give that emotional feel of trust, being that blue also represents communication.

Week 13 Warm-Up

Description: Macintosh HD:Users:user:Desktop:AtlantaTeaserBusSh_1232235a.jpg

In this photo it shows an emotional response that the girl is going through something, clearly from her being obese. The colors in the photo make it more vibrant on what they want us to realize from this ad. It has no color then grey, white, black, and red. The red makes it stand out and the grey, black, and white makes it like dark or like makes us feel sad for the girl more so in addition to the expression on her face.

In this photo it shows child looking as if they’re about to cry due to smoke inhalation. The dark background makes it more of a sad type of feeling in addition to the expression of the child’s face and the smoke being around it. The ad clearly portrays that second hand smoking is not good and just as effective as smoking your self. It makes the people including me feel bad for the child.

 - This website has different styles of digital/computer generated artwork being produced for hire. Two styles are logo design, 3D modeling and graphic design.

2. How much are art services being sold for, on average, based upon your observations?
- Based upon my observations the art services are being sold, on average, about $20 an hour.

3. Are artists generally listing their educational background when advertising a service? Why would they, or wouldn't they list such information?
- Yes, artists are generally listing their educational background when advertising. They most likely list that information to convince the buyers that they are credible and experienced, so they would choose to buy their work instead of their competitors on the site/other sites.
